About LSHERA

Built by people who've sat across from the surveyor.

LSHERA Education & Consulting exists because home health and hospice compliance is too consequential to learn from a generic training video.

Our Mission

Make the regulation make sense.

Home health and hospice agencies operate under some of the most complex regulatory frameworks in healthcare — Conditions of Participation, OASIS accuracy standards, state licensure, and constantly shifting CMS guidance.

LSHERA translates that complexity into practical, defensible practice: courses and consulting that hold up when a surveyor is standing in the room, not just when you're taking a quiz.
